Safety & Health Summary
Hook Construction is committed to creating a safe and rewarding environment for its employees and customers. Our intention is to always protect each and every person from harm so that they may return home safely at the end of each day. We do this through daily JSA meetings and documenting, job related training , and just creating an overall atmosphere of putting safety first in everything we do. We want to empower all people on a site to watch for any possible hazards and to have the voice to bring them to the attention of everyone involved.
Drug and Alcohol Policy
Hook has a zero tolerance drug and Alcohol policy and we participate in a third party drug consortium for all testing. All employees are pre-employment screened and then subject to random testing from there forward. Our Program is administered through TEAM Professional Services.
Training Program
At Hook Construction, we believe a successful safety program exists when everyone is involved and committed to it. We have a written HSE manual that outlines our entire program. This includes, but is not limited to, subjects such as the following:
