Kyle Kopp and Bill Estell, owners of Hook Construction, LLC., have joined forces in providing turnkey civil construction.  Kyle and Bill, along with their team, bring a vast amount of experience to each project. They both possess a wealth of knowledge and experience that has created a perfect marriage of specialized skills and abilities.  Kyle has spent the last 32 years in the construction industry working in areas all the way from residential projects to the civil projects that Hook currently performs and just about everything in between.  Bill has spent the last 38 years in civil construction, mainly focusing on earthwork.  In addition to these partners, Hook also has a very experienced team. Our main Superintendents, Craig Erwin and Cilvano Valtierra, each have years of experience in the civil industry and several of our employees have worked with us since the opening of Hook Construction.  We value each and every one of our employees and all the hard work they put into making Hook successful.  Our entire team combined will bring over 90 years of experience to your project.  Hook Construction specializes in earthwork, storm sewer and civil concrete work, servicing all of Oklahoma and Texas.
